Savor seasonal picks at the peak of their ripeness and see how wonderful you will feel after eating local and organic foods grown right here at home (relatively speaking)! Using the principles of Ayurveda, we will discuss the nutritional benefits of the foods we prepare and of seasonal eating with a vegetarian focus. Our meals will be easy to prepare and out of this world delicious!
