Healthy cooking requires a basic knowledge of the knife! Learning to use a sharp knife properly and safely is imperative for ease in the kitchen. You will cut your prep time in half once you master knife techniques for chopping, dicing, slicing and mincing. We will not bore you with the basics as we put the skills to work using a variety of beautiful local and organic produce (when available in season). We'll turn these whole veggies into delicious dishes that you can show off in your own kitchen along with your new skills!
