Yes, it is called the most important meal of the day, and with good reason. Studies prove that eating breakfast increases your stamina, concentration and can control weight gain. Explore the possibilities of turning some of your old favorites into a morning packed with energizing nutrition. We’ll be using a rainbow of colors to create delicious breakfast menus fit for your lifestyle. We will explore omelets, muffins, and smoothies - to name a few! What a great way to start your day! Yum!
