Our 4-part series cooking sharing how to cook for a Healthy Lifestyle! Each class we will hold a "Hands On" cooking class to create a meal, and enjoy that meal together. We engage in educational group discussions to answer all questions and offer support. Contact us if you are interested in creating a "Private Group" of your own friends/family, or business associates! 10 person minimum and we will work special menus with you.
