Description:

Wondering how you can incorporate more plant based energy foods into your life with some vegetarian meals? We'll show you how! Savor seasonal picks at the peak of their ripeness and see how wonderful you will feel after eating organic fruits and vegetables! Using the principles of Ayurveda, we will discuss the nutritional benefits of the foods we prepare and of seasonal eating with a vegetarian focus. Our meals will be easy to prepare and out of this world delicious!
