In this class we will go over why the health of your thyroid is essential to your well-being and how to best support your thyroid through food, supplements and lifestyle choices.  You will learn which foods to eat to support proper thyroid functioning and which foods will slow it down. You will become familiar with supplements and herbs that support overall thyroid health and encourage more balance to your endocrine system. Learn how to easily and deliciously incorporate iodine-rich seaweeds and coconut oil into your diet to give your thyroid a boost.
