We at The Food Evolution are wholehearted believers in the benefits of whole, real, fresh foods. As you see in our various classes, we offer these foods due to their high nutrient power and nutritional value. Additionally, we believe in connecting communities and shopping local – getting personal about your food. If you’ve ever thought of joining a local (CSA) Community Supported Agriculture –here is your opportunity. Joining will allow you to engage in supporting your local farmers, benefit from the nutritious produce, and apply what you’ve learned in our classes at home.

Cropsey Community Farms, in New City, shares their mission which is to grow nutrient dense, delicious food for our communities, and to provide a working example of a farm that thrives ecologically, economically, and as a center for learning. Their food is grown and distributed through the CSA standard at local farmers markets which allows people build a relationship with where and how their food is grown. The land exceeds organic standards, meaning it is farmed without toxins and you’ll taste the difference.
