1 Tablespoon & 1 teaspoon Mint, chopped
1 Tablespoon & 1 teaspoon Basil, chopped
1 Tablespoon & 1 teaspoon Parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Safflower Oil
6 Tablespoons Water
4 Tablespoons Water
2 teaspoons Raw Honey
Salt and Pepper to taste
Salad:
Pea Shoots
Avocado
Red Pepper
Hemp Seeds
Directions:
In a blender, mix all dressing ingredients until incorporated. Pour over salad ingredients. Serve and Enjoy! Yum!
