1 Cup Cashews
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice (1 1/2 Lemons)
2 Tablespoon Honey
3 Tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
5 Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 Cup Water, as needed
Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until well incorporated.
