Salads are wonderful to incorporate into your menu routine, as they are a refreshing meal, and full of phytonutrients, anti-oxidants, vitamins and more! Not only will we be preparing some beautiful seasonal salads you can serve as a meal, but we will also be demonstrating how to whip up a variety of dressings in minutes!

This class will begin at Cropsey Community Farm in New City. There you will have a wonderful lesson in bio dynamic farming and see firsthand how a beautiful farm was created with a love for the land, planning, and TLC. From bee hives to hoop houses and everything in between, you will be amazed at what beautiful vegetables can be grown in your own backyard!
