Farmers Market Season is in full swing and we will discuss the nutritional benefits of seasonal eating while preparing delicious seasonal picks at the peak of their ripeness. You will be amazed at what beautiful vegetables can be grown in your own backyard! And we'll be pairing these delicious accompaniments with a flavorful Fresh Cod Dish!
