6 Cups Spring Water
1/2 Ripe Avocado
1/2 Lime, peeled
3 Large Kale Leaves
3 Dates
Small Bunch Cilantro
1 Tablespoons Coconut Oil

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
