Hydrating Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 Cups Kale, packed down with stems removed
1 Apple, cored
1/2 Cup Parsley
2 Stalks of Celery
1 Lemon, peeled
1/2 Avocado
6 Cups Water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve and Enjoy! Yum!
